As a photographer, for me, the original digital image capture is the starting point of an adventure which finally leads to a finished work. Having an art school graphics training has left me with a certain way of viewing the world and many viewing my work for the first time do not recognise my images as photographs at all.
Using a powerful computerised toolbox, I manipulate form, colour palate and contrast to create the finished piece. The resultant works are offered in small number limited editions.
The works currently displayed have been printed onto vinyl using the giclée process and then mounted onto aluminium.
